Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is integrated directly into the address master data in xentral. In every single address you will find the tab "CRM". This provides you with an overview of all correspondence with the customer, including e-mails, reminders, appointments and all documents that exist for this customer. Letters, phone calls and notes about the customer can be stored separately.
If the xentral ticket system is connected, you can also see all tickets and notes.
